Sales Account Italy – Turin Area

Founded in 1993 and headquartered in Cologne, we employ over 12,000 people across more than 90 locations in 22 countries.
We are seeking a Sales Account to expand our business and strengthen our presence across Italy. The role involves acquiring new customers and developing existing ones, primarily automotive OEMs, Tier 1, and Tier 2 suppliers. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Italian, possess a technical background, and have professional sales experience within the automotive industry, with an existing network in OEMs and suppliers. Proficiency in English is mandatory.
Responsibilities:
* Acquire new customers
* Increase wallet share with existing customers
Skills & Knowledge:
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
* Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities
* Customer and target orientation
* Team player willing to travel frequently within Italy (up to 70%)
* Systematic approach to customer acquisition
* Proven track record of increasing wallet share
* Strong personality and business development mindset
Education & Experience:
* Degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or similar
* At least 3 years of direct sales experience in the automotive sector in Italy
* Experience selling services to automotive clients, preferably with FCA Group
