About the Role We are seeking a passionate and articulate Pastry Demo Chef to join our team internationally. This role involves preparing and presenting innovative pastry demonstrations using the company's products. Responsibilities Organize demonstrations for new and existing customers. Communicate technical specifications, applications, and selling points of products effectively. Participate in exhibitions and events to promote brand awareness. Address customer questions and concerns during demonstrations. Maintain a clean and organized demonstration area, adhering to food safety standards. Prepare and manage inventory of samples for customers. Develop creative pastry menus to showcase flavors, promotions, and presentations. Stay updated on industry trends and techniques, experimenting with Unigrà’s products to generate new ideas. Contribute to company growth through engagement activities. Assist in product launches and demonstrations for new ingredients. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in pastry; experience in a commercial kitchen is a plus. Required Skills Proven experience as a Pastry Chef creating innovative desserts. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Strong organizational skills for demonstrations and materials management. Flexibility to adapt recipes for different equipment. Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment. Willingness to travel internationally at least 70% of the time. Proficiency in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office preferred. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus but not mandatory.
