PSocial network you want to login/join with: /ph3Business Development Manager (South Italy), Lucca /h3pClient: Hanwha Vision Europe /ppLocation: South Italy /ppJob Category: Other /ppEU work permit required: Yes /ph3Job Reference: /h3 h3Job Views: /h3p5 /ph3Posted: /h3 h3Expiry Date: /h3 h3Job Description: /h3pbKey Responsibilities: /b /pulliCoordinate with local and international Sales, Business Development, and Marketing teams to promote the Hanwha brand and increase sales of security products. /liliAchieve sales objectives through market analysis and influencing decision makers to ensure growth. /liliEngage in strategic planning for short and medium-term sales, sharing market insights with the Product Management team. /liliManage and develop a network of partners (integrators and installers) within the Hanwha channel partner program. /liliSupport Strategic Sales Managers in identifying opportunities within designated vertical markets. /liliEngage with end users, consultants, specifiers, and system integrators, maintaining regular communication and updating them on products. /liliIncrease project pipeline and revenue, create new customer relationships, and report sales progress weekly. /liliConduct customer audits, market segmentation, and contribute ideas for marketing and product launches. /liliFocus on product/channel/customer margins, accurate forecasting, and achieving budgets and targets. /li /ulpbRequirements: /b /pulliProven sales or business development experience, with a track record of success in demanding environments. /liliExtensive knowledge of CCTV and related technologies, with the ability to present solutions to end users and consultants. /liliAbility to understand customer needs and create professional proposals. /liliKnowledge of the electronic security market, IT, and networking channels. /liliExperience with CCTV manufacturers is advantageous but not essential. /liliUnderstanding of network video systems and topology. /liliBusiness or technical degree preferred. /liliProficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. /liliStrong relationship-building skills and motivation to enhance market presence. /liliIndependent thinking, judgment, and team collaboration skills. /liliOrganized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solver. /liliSelf-motivated with project management and communication skills, capable of presenting to executive levels. /liliAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines. /liliFluent in English and at least one European language. /liliClean driving license. /li /ulpbLocation: /b /ppThis is a field-based role, ideally based in the Milan area or South Italy, with extensive travel within Italy and occasional travel outside Italy. /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
