Our team plays an integral role by helping the business plan for the future. /p pThe New Energy Solutions Product Manager will assist the Product Leader in developing and executing the evolution pump product roadmap. This involves collaborating with the RD team to ensure technological consistency, engaging commercial teams to drive product adoption, and defining cost structures for pumps in New Energy markets. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liEnsure accountability for functional, business, and broader PVS objectives. /li liEngage in discussions with various teams to enhance processes, procedures, and operational methods. /li liDrive synergy with the CTS organization by promoting pumping solutions to shared customers, including visiting clients and suppliers to explore new applications. /li liEnsure flawless execution of RD programs for enabling technologies, providing accurate and timely data collection to support technology roadmaps. /li liFollow established frameworks to navigate processes, attending customer and operator meetings alongside the commercial team in New Technology environments (e.g., CO2, CPS, W‑to‑E, LAES) to detail product features and applications. /li liPartner with customers in the CCUS and Energy Transition spaces to optimize process solutions as part of integrated BH equipment proposals. /li liFocus on business expansion toward future profitable applications like Cryogenic pumps and Liquid Air.
