As Industrial Controller for Burberry Tecnica OTW, you will provide financial analysis and industrial control to enable informed decisions across the supply chain. You partner with Operations, Product and Supply Chain to monitor performance, manage margins, and support budgeting and forecasting. Your work covers cost analysis, month-end close, and variance review, driving standard costing and process improvements. You will leverage BI tools to deliver insights that optimise margins and cost structures, shaping the financial backbone of Burberry Tecnica.

- Industrial Controlling & Performance Analysis for Burberry Tecnica - OTW
- Prepare and analyse cost, margin, and performance reporting with data accuracy
- Perform monthly variance analysis against budget and forecast, identify drivers and risks
- Support standard costing reviews and collaborate with cross-functional costing teams
- Month End activities and account reconciliations (balance sheet & P&L)
- Analyze industrial costs (production, raw materials, variances) and support inventory valuation
- Prepare monthly reporting and provide insights on operational performance and margins
- Contribute to Budget and Forecast, including seasonal costing and margin impact analysis
- Act as finance partner for Operations, Supply Chain and Product teams within Burberry Tecnica
- Support analysis of suppliers and partners, including cost structures and performance monitoring
- Provide financial insights to support sourcing decisions and operational trade-offs
- Contribute to process simplification and standardisation in Industrial Controlling
- Support use and development of Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI)
- Participate in automation and data quality improvement initiatives
Responsabilità
- 2-4 years of experience in industrial accounting/controlling or similar
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage and interpret complex data
- Effective interaction with non-finance stakeholders
- Commercial mindset with understanding of cost and margin dynamics
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools (Power BI preferred)
- Exposure to industrial, supply chain or product controlling is a plus
