Learn more about our Omnichannel Solutions by clicking here.br/Job Descriptionbr/As a Senior Account Manager with consulting program delivery responsibilities, you will play a crucial role in merging business development with program delivery to foster and sustain robust, long-term customer relationships. Operating on a global, regional, and local scale, you will collaborate with existing clients and proactively seek expansion opportunities with both current and prospective customers. You will work closely with a team of experts in insights, strategy, implementation, and measurement. Our clients include top 20 and beyond biopharma companies. You will report to your account team lead. Candidates can be based in Belgium, Germany, France, Spain, the UK, and the Netherlands.br/Key Responsibilitiesbr/Account Management Focusbr/ulliBuild and maintain robust, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in pharmaceutical companies. /liliServe as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and challenges are addressed effectively. /liliMonitor client satisfaction and project performance, implementing proactive strategies to ensure retention and engagement. /liliProvide regular updates and insights to clients, keeping them informed about project milestones and relevant industry developments. /liliActively identify opportunities to expand the scope of services within existing accounts.br/ /li /ulBusiness Developmentbr/ulliActively identify and pursue new opportunities with both existing and prospective clients, ensuring alignment with company growth objectives. /liliDevelop tailored commercial proposals that highlight the value of the company's omnichannel engagement strategies, addressing specific client needs. /liliLead and respond to international RFPs with customized, compelling proposals, managing complex negotiations to secure new business opportunities. /liliDeliver persuasive presentations and pitches that articulate the company’s value proposition.br/ /li /ulProgram Deliverybr/ulliLead the coordination and execution of client projects, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget. /liliCollaborate with internal consulting teams to align on strategy, resources, and execution plans. /liliManage client expectations and resolve project-related challenges promptly. /liliProvide insights and feedback to internal teams based on client interactions to enhance project quality and outcomes.br/ /li /ulQualificationsbr/The ideal candidate will possess:br/ulliExperience in account management, consulting and business development within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. /liliExperience with omnichannel engagement strategies (e.g. medical education, PR, patient support, digital campaigns). /liliFamiliarity with data-driven, customer-centric approaches typical of omnichannel programmes. /liliStrong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, including commercial strategy, and regulatory affairs. /liliExcellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and sustain client relationships. /liliFluency in English and ideally, one other EU5 language. /liliAbility to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously with a high level of organization. /liliProven track record of meeting sales and client satisfaction targets. /liliAn established network of key decision-makers within the pharmaceutical sector. /liliExpertise in addressing client needs using data-driven, customer-centric approaches.br/ /li /ulOur Offerbr/ulliWe offer an attractive base salary and variable pay, alongside fringe benefits that are common and applicable to the local market. /liliAdditionally, there are ample training and growth opportunities within the broader organization, ensuring continuous professional development and career advancement. /liliYou will join a team of professional but humble colleagues who are experts in their domains, with diverse cultural backgrounds. /liliWe all manage our work in a flexible manner, promoting a healthy work-life balance.br/ /li /ulAny data provided as a part of this application will be stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
