The first of its kind, the Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort, is paradise found. /ppbAbout the role: /b /ppCoordinates all requirements for various conference/event groups booked by the Sales Department. Responsible for enforcing the terms of sales letter of agreement and guiding meeting planners through the planning process. Communicates the needs and expectations of the client with all departments in the hotel. Ensures successful execution of group and client satisfaction. /ppbWhat you will do: /b /polliBe a part of a pre-opening team! /liliOversee the seamless execution of all assigned groups, coordinating logistics, and ensuring all client needs are met. Collaborate with all departments to arrange meeting spaces, audiovisual equipment, FB services, and provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the event planning process. /liliProvide personalized support to clients, maintain detailed records, and contribute to the success of events through efficient and attentive service. /liliPlan, attend, and participate in meetings with hotel staff and clients, including but not limited to: Morning Operations Briefing, Morning CS Briefing, Resume Meeting, Banquet Event Order Meeting, Sales Meeting, Pre-Convention Meetings, Bi-Monthly Board of Operations, Menu Tastings, and Planning Visits. /liliFinalize the requirements of confirmed bookings while maximizing revenue potential through up-selling and ensuring effective communication both written (Resumes, BEO, Daily Reports) and personal contact with all departments for the success of the event. Ensure accuracy of Banquet Checks and provide bill review on completion of the program or event. Prepare a monthly booking report. /liliNegotiate with clients using creative and attractive menu presentations and event proposals to achieve maximum revenue/profit potential and fulfill contractual responsibilities while satisfying client needs. /liliSupervise the execution of banquet events. Review all function space with the banquet manager and, when necessary, head house attendant. Ensure client satisfaction at the outset of all events. /liliMake timely and impromptu decisions, balancing client needs with the financial, safety, and staffing goals of the hotel. /liliAddress challenges and glitches that arise during events, keeping the Director of Events fully informed for prompt corrective action. /liliMaintain knowledge of hotel facilities, capacities, and operational needs of all departments. /liliAssist with guest inquiries within the sales, marketing, and catering departments, including high telephone volume and walk-in site inspections. /liliSupport Events Catering Departments as required, especially during large group movements. /liliMentor and develop Administrative staff for future career growth. /liliAct as a liaison for vendor/supplier client needs (Audio Visual, Florists, Entertainment, Transportation, DMC, Off-site Locations, etc.) /liliProvide input for weekly forecasts. /li /olpbWhat you bring: /b /pulliBachelor's degree/CMP Certification preferred but not required, or equivalent experience. /liliMinimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury resort. /liliStrong experience in event management, preferably in a hotel or resort setting. /liliStrong attention to detail and organizational skills. /liliAbility to stand and walk for long periods; mobility required. /liliExcellent customer service skills. /liliStrong and effective communication skills. /liliAbility to read, write, and speak English. /liliFlexibility to work weekends and evenings. /li /ulpbWhat we are offering you: /b /pulliLucrative salary! /liliMarket-leading benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401K with employer matching starting at 30 days! /liliTime off starting on the day of hire! /liliInclusive work environment and cohesive team. /liliComplimentary and discounted hotel stays worldwide! /liliWellbeing and mental health initiatives. /liliDiversity promotion in our workplace. /liliComplimentary employee meals and beverages! /liliTuition reimbursement! /li /ulpLearn more about working at Four Seasons: /p pbVisa Requirements: /b US work authorization is required.
