This is a unique opportunity to join a solid multinational project with the agility and growth potential of a startup environment, acting as a key pioneer in the region. /p h3Job description: /h3 ul libBusiness Development: /b Collaborate with the Commercial Lead to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within the Utilities and Industrial sectors. /li libTechnical Consulting: /b Conduct technical presentations and advise clients on Medium Voltage solutions (Switchgear, Transformer Substations). /li libTender Management: /b Prepare technical specifications, manage public/private tenders, and draft commercial offers in coordination with the engineering team. /li libNegotiation: /b Manage commercial negotiations and ensure successful deal closures. /li libReporting: /b Maintain accurate activity records in the CRM and report progress to the HQ. /li libNetworking: /b Represent the company at industry fairs and events to build a strong local network. /li /ul h3Requirements: /h3 pbExperience /b /p ul lib2-3 years /b of experience in technical sales or commercial engineering. /li libMust-have: /b Proven experience in the bMedium Voltage (MV) /b sector (Switchgear, Transformers, or Substations). /li liExperience managing bTenders /b and technical bidding processes is highly valued. /li /ul pbEducation /b /p ul liBachelor’s Degree in bElectrical /b, Electronic, or Industrial Engineering. /li /ul pbLanguages /b /p ul libItalian: /b Native or bilingual (C1/C2). /li libEnglish: /b Advanced/Fluent (Required for international reporting). /li liSpanish: Considered a strong plus. /li /ul pbCompetences /b /p ul liDeep technical understanding of MV electrical systems and local regulations. /li liStrong communication and negotiation skills. /li liAbility to work autonomously (remote/field work) and as part of an international team. /li liProficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
