PbIntro /b /ppTo accelerate our global expansion and enhance our brand presence, we are seeking a motivated bPartner Account Manager (m / f / d) /b for b40 hours/week /b, available to start immediately or as soon as possible, for the bNorth Italy (Milan) /b area. This role reports directly to the bCountry Manager Iberia, LATAM, and Italy /b. /ppuPlease note: /u this is a bcontract employment /b. /ppbYour Job /b /pulliIdentify, supervise, and develop a network of regional sales partners and distributors in North Italy. /liliOnboard new partners and foster successful relationships. /liliOrganize and oversee online training for sales partners and implement the Hornetsecurity partner program. /liliDevelop partner business plans and monitor the growth of sales partners and distribution channels. /liliParticipate in fairs and partner events, presenting our solutions. /liliCreate forecasts and define measures to achieve targets in Italy. /liliCollaborate internally with teams such as Sales and Marketing; externally, represent the company as a primary contact. /liliUpdate our CRM weekly with relevant customer and deal information. /li /ulpbYour Profile /b /pulliSolid IT knowledge through education, academic studies, or comparable qualifications, ideally in IT security or cloud services. /liliAt least five years of professional experience in IT, with a strong understanding of complex IT solutions and business processes. /liliExperience in managing sales partners and distributors in Italy, with a track record of strategic and economic partner development. /liliExcellent communication skills, confident in dealing with partners and customers. /liliWillingness to travel and ability to persuade customers and partners during presentations and negotiations. /liliEngaging personality, motivated by success, and passionate about achieving quarterly goals. /liliOrganizational talent with the ability to prioritize effectively. /liliFluent in English and Italian, both written and verbal. /li /ulpbYour Application /b /pulliName (Required) /liliLast Name (Required) /liliEmail Address (Required) /liliConfirm Email (Required) /liliTelephone Number (Required) /liliUpload Application Files (max. 3 files, 128 MB each) /liliLinkedIn Profile Link /liliSalary Expectations (Required) /liliAvailable From (Required: MM/DD/YYYY) /liliHow did you find us?
