Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Pre-Sales Engineer to support business development through lead generation and technical expertise. This full-time remote position is based in Italy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Generate leads through roadshows or workshops, fostering relationships with partners and clients.
* Serve as the technical expert during sales pitches and meetings, communicating solutions and managing technical communications.
* Build strong relationships with partners, establishing trust through technical expertise and understanding client requirements.
* Prepare technical materials, presentation slide decks, and product training for pre-sale support.
* Collaborate with R&D to improve products, gathering feedback and insights from clients and partners.
Candidate Profile
Successful candidates will possess:
* Bachelor's degree or higher in science or engineering; electrical engineering, electro-mechanical equipment, or related fields preferred.
* Minimum 3 years experience in customer communication and pre-sale technical support, preferably in Residential Energy Storage.
* Self-driven, proactive, capable of working independently and collaboratively across teams.
* Excellent communication skills; comfortable with customer-facing roles and delivering group training.
* Ability to understand customer needs and develop independent solutions.
* Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages like French, Polish, Dutch a plus.
