It became a part of Midea Group in January 2026.Position Summary:The International Product Sales Manager – X-Ray is responsible for driving sales growth and market expansion for the X-Ray Product Portfolio including rooms, mobiles and detectors across the international business (Asia, EMEA, LAR & Canada). This role works closely with the regional sales teams to drive the business by combining product expertise with strong regional execution. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the X-Ray market, strong experience in medical imaging sales, and a proven ability to drive incremental growth in both established and new geographical markets.Responsibilities and Objectives:Sales & Revenue GrowthWork with the Regions and Regional Business Partners to develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives of increasing market share to generate revenue growthProvide pricing strategies for both product sales and service offerings balancing growth needs and margin generationContributes to the annual target setting process for the regions for the X-Ray businessAchieve and exceed sales and margin targets for the X-Ray portfolio within the international marketsMarket Development & StrategyAnalyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to develop plans to increase market share in collaboration with each region.Provide regular market intelligence and sales projections to managementDevelop campaigns and other marketing initiatives for specific products that regions need to growWork with the Product team on launch activities for new products and phase out of discontinued linesEnsure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and ethical sales practicesProduct & Clinical ExpertiseAct as the subject matter expert for X-Ray products, features, and competitive positioningSupport the sales teams and customers in understanding clinical applications xpavfwmCollaborate with product and application specialists during trials, evaluations and installations of new product launchesQualifications & Competencies:Bachelor's degree in Business, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field (MBA preferred)7+ years of X-Ray sales experience with proven track record of achieving sales targets in a multi-country environmentStrong understanding of healthcare procurement processes and tenderingExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsDeep knowledge of X-Ray technology and imaging workflowsStrategic thinking with strong execution capabilityStrong financial acumenStrong analytical and CRM skillsHigh level of self-motivation and ability to work independentlyWillingness to travel extensively within the International Markets (up to 70% travel)
