Role Summary
* Strategic profile with territorial management skills and a customer-centric approach; responsible for demand generation through understanding needs, process governance, and connecting internal and external roles within and across accounts to meet business objectives, ensuring vaccine availability in the regional vaccine value chain (e.g., timely procurement, distribution, storage, and execution of vaccination campaigns).
* Ensures effective application of account management processes specific to vaccines and public health.
* Coordinates the Local Team (LT), orchestrating operational activities, role collaboration, and resource allocation to support unmet needs, interacting with key customers.
* Conducts promotional activities related to the product to support regional prevention directors, pharmaceutical services, and central purchasing bodies.
* Responsible for business performance in assigned regions.
* Provides medical-scientific information in compliance with Law 219/06 to assigned physicians and hospital pharmacists, aligned with Strategic Healthcare Managers (SHM), contributing to regional business goals.
* In key regional contexts, manages Network Account Managers who serve as the primary contact points with regional leadership, bridging central and peripheral organizational levels.
* (ADVISOR): Deep knowledge of account management methodologies: Disease Account Portfolio management (DAP), Disease Account Management (DAM), Insight Builder, Coordinator, Relationship Builder, and Implementer roles, ensuring strategic and tactical account planning and execution.
* (COORDINATOR): Leads operational activities, facilitating LT meetings, monitoring regional indicators, interpreting insights, applying innovative approaches, and resource allocation.
* (RELATIONSHIP BUILDER): Develops and maintains relationships with regional health leaders, stakeholders, and influencers involved in vaccination programs.
* (IMPLEMENTER): Ensures vaccine supply chain governance, supports value proposition, and positions Pfizer as a health prevention partner, providing scientific info per Law 219/06, in coordination with SHM.
* (COMPLIANCE AGENT): Upholds high standards of compliance with norms, policies, and procedures, embedding compliance into organizational culture.
Basic Qualifications
* Strong strategic, analytical, and insight discovery skills; innovative thinking, design thinking, problem solving.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
* Entrepreneurial approach and agile mindset; ability to work in cross-functional teams.
* Deep knowledge of the healthcare system and pharmaceutical industry.
* Degree as specified by Law 219/06 and/or professional requirements per art. 9, comma 2, D.Lgs 541/92 and Farmindustria guidelines. For non-degree holders: work experience prior to March 12, 1993, as a Scientific Pharmaceutical Representative.
* Proficiency in Microsoft applications and communication platforms.
* Willingness to travel.
Preferred Qualifications
* Residence in Veneto region.
* Experience in public health, vaccine value chain, or related areas.
* Knowledge of account management processes.
* Project management experience.
* Basic knowledge of English.
Organizational Relationships
* Reports to Regional NAM Lead.
* Regular contact with Local Team members.
* External stakeholders include regional health and vaccination authorities, procurement agencies, healthcare professionals, scientific societies, and key opinion leaders.
