About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Manager to join our team in France, Italy, Germany, or England. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence.
Responsibilities
* Strengthen and improve our market position by acquiring, maintaining, and developing new customers to achieve sales targets.
* Build strong, effective business relationships with our customer base.
* Manage sales processes and support activities to ensure company profitability.
* Work collaboratively with all departments within our EU branch in Germany.
* Report sales activities to senior management on a regular basis.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Extensive experience in B2B sales and marketing, preferably in the packaging industry.
* Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills in the domestic language and English.
* Solid computer skills using MS office software.
* Excellent presentation, facilitation, and consultation skills.
* Ability to meet and exceed goals and targets.
* Exceptional customer service skills.
* Effective negotiation skills.
* Packaging industry experience.
