About the role
We are actively seeking a Freelance Practitioner Sales Manager to help set the strategic direction and growth for the healthcare practitioner channel for CPG. In this role, you will play a key role in sharing our health and well-being solutions with healthcare practitioners and developing a market-leading practitioner program. This role will start as a freelance consulting position for 20-30 hours per week, with the potential to move to full-time based on achieving certain KPIs.
Role & Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement practitioner sales strategies targeting both healthcare practitioners with physical locations and those with strong digital presences (newsletter and social media).
2. Identify brick-and-mortar health and well-being practices that align with our values and have revenue potential for carrying mindbodygreen supplements.
3. Identify practitioners active on social media who could serve as affiliate ambassadors for mindbodygreen products.
4. Nurture and build relationships with these practitioners.
5. Advise on evolving the mindbodygreen practitioner program to create an innovative, market-leading initiative leveraging our ecosystem.
6. Collaborate with practitioners to provide training and resources on integrating mindbodygreen products into their practices.
7. Develop templates and systems to respond to common questions from practitioners to scale the program.
8. Work with practitioners on newsletter and social media promotion to enhance online sales and brand awareness.
9. Identify practitioners suitable for social media amplification fitting the mindbodygreen brand.
10. Work with team members to meet and exceed performance metrics.
Requirements
* Results-oriented, proactive, organized, with a proven track record in a remote environment.
* 3-5 years of successful sales experience in supplements, preferably in healthcare or wellness industries.
* Understanding of affiliate marketing via newsletter and social media is a plus.
* Knowledge of health trends and practitioner needs.
* Strong communication skills, both internal and external.
* Advanced degree in nutrition or related field is a plus.
