We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Sales Manager for Italy to lead and grow our presence in the Italian market. This role is responsible for developing sales performance, strengthening customer relationships, and managing distributor partnerships across Italy.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets in Italy
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across key industrial sectors
Manage sales pipelines and performance using Salesforce CRM
Provide high‑quality customer support and commercial follow‑up
Analyse sales data and market trends to drive continuous improvement
Collaborate with internal teams to align sales activity with operational and commercial objectives
Proven sales experience, ideally within industrial, manufacturing, or engineered components environments
Experience managing distributor networks and geographically dispersed territories
Strong commercial, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
Confident user of Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office
Analytical and structured approach to sales planning and execution
Fluent Italian and English (both required)
