Position Overview
We are looking for an energetic and motivated Sales Specialist ready to expand their sales career in the exciting Construction Tech space! The role represents Autodesk Construction Solutions for their assigned segment in a fast‑paced and exciting industry. With an outcome‑based value approach to selling into the construction industry, you will challenge the status quo and become a trusted advisor as you build net‑new business and expand the existing account base.
Responsibilities
* Manage the sales cycle from prospect to close with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
* Show potential customers the value of Autodesk Construction Cloud by quantifying their current challenge or goal.
* Become a master of metrics‑based selling and value propositions.
* Manage and qualify inbound leads and pipeline with accurate and timely responses and forecast data.
* Work with reseller partners to drive business through partnerships.
Minimum Qualifications
* 3‑5+ years of experience in transactional SaaS sales.
* Results‑driven with a consistent track record of exceeding quota.
* Analytical, detail‑driven, and a master multitasker.
* Ability to drive your own business both in your install base and net new sales.
* Entrepreneurial and thrive in a dynamic environment.
* Italian language proficiency at a professional level (written and spoken).
