BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB
You will promote the Zegna Brand and drive growth in the Zegna Bespoke business, focusing on turnover, brand image, and future development.

Bespoke Promotion
* Actively promote Bespoke products and services.
* Manage VIP clients with tailored activities, including on-site measurements.
* Deliver technical Bespoke training to Sales Associates.
Budget and Analysis
* Define and oversee budget and forecasts.
* Analyze and monitor Bespoke sales data.
* Prepare detailed reports after trips, appointments, and seasons.
* Recommend strategies to improve the Bespoke business.
Other Activities
* Prepare customized presentations.
* Coordinate with Customer Service to meet market demands.
* Collaborate with Ambassadors, Promoters, and Guest Experience teams.
* Work closely with the atelier and tailoring team.
* Support office tasks like preparing model charts.

* 8+ years experience working directly with final customers
* A proven track record of results
* University degree or equivalent
* Fluent English; other languages are a plus
* Availability to travel 50%
* Selling and client development skills
* Sensitivity to luxury products
* Skills in developing tailored garments, including measurements
* Results-oriented mindset
* Strong communication and influence skills
