Your responsibilities with us include:
* Ensuring brand standards are met
* Collaborating with outlet staff to support hotel success and guest satisfaction
* Assisting in setting up your section to optimize service efficiency
* Cooperating with other departments
* Maintaining stock levels of equipment and supplies
* Seating guests, taking orders, and serving food and beverages
* Presenting menus, answering questions, and suggesting food and drink options
* Clearing and resetting tables after each course
* Handling cashier duties and cash transactions following hotel policies
* Having thorough knowledge of menu items and recommending pairings and upsells
Customer service is at the core of your role:
* Delivering exceptional guest service and honoring brand promises
* Providing support to internal departments as needed
* Handling guest and internal inquiries courteously and efficiently
* Maintaining positive relationships with guests and colleagues
Additional duties include:
* Participating in training and meetings
* Building professional relationships with industry partners
* Adhering to hotel policies on safety, hygiene, and security
* Maintaining a professional appearance
* Adapting to industry and hotel changes
* Performing other duties as assigned
