IT support team and your responsibilities will include: /p ul liLaptop setup and maintenance (setting up new laptops, installing software and security tools, maintaining existing laptops) /li liUser account activations (activating user accounts for new employees, setting up email, calendar, and collaboration tools, managing user account permissions) /li liSaaS administration (managing the organization's SaaS applications, setting up new accounts, managing user permissions, troubleshooting issues) /li liRemote support (providing support to employees working remotely or experiencing technology issues) /liliTicketing system management (managing the organization's ticketing system, tracking and prioritizing support requests, ensuring timely issue resolution) /li liDocumentation and knowledge sharing (documenting common issues and solutions, sharing knowledge with team members) /li liVendor and service provider management (working with external partners to ensure technology systems are up-to-date and running optimally) /li /ul pbThis position requires presence in our office in Turin, in order to provide maintenance of IT office infrastructure and local support to colleagues /b /p h3Minimum Qualifications /h3 ul liHigh School Diploma or equivalent. /li li3+ years of experience in IT, Engineering Support, or related area. /li li2+ years of experience in operating system or software application troubleshooting (e.g., root cause analysis, debugging). /li /ul h3Physical Requirements /h3 ul liFrequently transports between offices, buildings, and campuses up to 2 miles. /li liFrequently transports and installs equipment up to 40 lbs. /li /ul h3What you bring /h3 ul li3-5 years of experience in IT support roles in diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues /li liBS/MS in Computer Science or other technical-related fields /li liExperience in leading an IT Support team, distributing and reviewing work assignment, planning /li liKnowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux systems, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting /li liProficiency with ticketing/service desk software (JIRA) /li liFamiliarity with cloud services (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Google Compute Cloud) /li liFamiliarity with network setup for office e.g. Wi‑fi Access Points and similar /li liUnderstanding of IT security principles, cybersecurity best practices, antivirus, endpoint management and threat prevention /li liAbility to speak and write in English /li /ul h3Bonus points /h3 ul liCertifications in IT administration / Cloud technologies and platforms /li /ul pIf you're excited about this role or about our company but your experience doesn't align perfectly with the points outlined above, we strongly encourage you to apply anyways.
