Job Description:
Summary: We are looking for a bright and experienced individual to follow our established sales network in the former CIS countries and develop the market by expanding the customer portfolio and introducing new products and solutions for local agriculture.
The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing customer accounts, generating product demand, providing technical sales support to distributors, and guiding the registration of new products.
Main Responsibilities:
* Build relationships with distributors and dealer networks in the assigned territory.
* Establish professional relationships with customers and industry professionals.
* Organize and supervise field trials, field days, promotional activities, trade shows, and other marketing events with distributors and the HAS marketing and technical team.
* Set and achieve sales budgets and objectives.
* Provide training for first-level distributor staff on HAS technology and solutions.
* Collect market information on dealers, retail locations, growers, prices, and agronomical trends.
Requirements & Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture or related fields.
* 3–5 years of experience in selling agricultural products, preferably agricultural biotechnology.
* Knowledge of common agronomic crops and production practices, especially plant nutrition.
* Ability to quickly learn and apply scientific concepts and become an expert on our product portfolio.
* Fluency in English and Russian; possession of Russian passport is required.
* Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying detailed product information and technical concepts effectively in various environments.
* Well-organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently and in teams.
* Flexible and adaptable to change.
* PCA License is preferred.
* Proficient with computers and MS Office programs.
* Willingness to travel abroad.
