We are a quasi-listed company operating in the BMS (Battery Management Systems) sector located in Italy (a branch, our HQ is in China) the city of Agrate Brianza (MB), in Viale dell' Artigianato 22, within 500 meters from the Agrate Brianza (MB) motorway exit on the A4. For this position, we are specifically looking for a PRODUCT MANAGER. _The employee must be willing to (BUT IS NOT REQUIRED TO) transfer to the HQ in China for at least 1 or 2 months, in order to be trained and taught about the specifications and parameters of our batteries.(TRANSPORT HOUSING FOR THE DURATION IN CHINA WILL BE PAID BY THE COMPANY)_ Lastly, the employee will also be in charge of researching and contacting any future prospects for the company, not only in Italy but also in other European countries such as Spain, France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Holland, Portugal, and others. FULL LIST OF REQUIREMENTS: PRODUCT MANAGER: Job responsibilities product manager 1. Integrate relevant system strategies and software protocols with customers; 2. Software support for on-site debugging of the project; 3. Plan and develop standardized product plans for various scenarios applicable to the company, prepare product BOMs, specifications, user manuals, selection instructions, etc; 4. Develop testing plans, FMEA, special feature lists, etc. for relevant equipment standards or customized products; 5. Responsible for coordinating electrical solutions with clients and creating product BOMs for related electrical equipment; 6. Responsible for designing standardized product solutions for partners and customers, and answering customer related product technical questions; 7. Review and control of electrical and structural drawings Job requirements: 1. Familiar with high-voltage electrical equipment and relevant standards for high-voltage system design; 2. Priority given to those familiar with electrical and software strategies; 3. Priority will be given to those with experience in designing high-voltage equipment and distribution cabinets for energy storage systems; 4. Able to accept short-term project requirements for business trips, capable of on-site problem analysis, localization, and handling; 5.
