Job Opportunity: Sales Manager for the Italian Market at TBO.COM
TBO.COM is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to oversee the Italian market. The ideal candidate will possess a strong reputation with local Italian travel agents, strategic business relationships in Spain, and a broad understanding of travel technology.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Onboarding, training, and building confidence with new partners on the TBO.COM B2B platform.
2. Maintaining existing business and developing strong commercial and personal relationships with partners.
3. Regular site visits (minimum 3-4 days a week), supporting agents on-site and online, conducting trainings/webinars, and introducing new products to increase sales.
4. Regular reporting to the Regional Manager.
Qualifications:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in the travel industry, particularly in a similar role.
* Ambitious, self-motivated, goal-oriented work style with excellent business communication skills.
* Strong experience in B2B negotiations and sales management.
* Proven experience in developing new/existing sales in Italy with online travel platforms.
* Strong sales skills and a successful track record in the local Italian travel industry.
