PbKey Account Manager /b /pulliRegione Toscana /liliKey Account Manager (KAM) - Regione Toscana /liliKey Account Manager (KAM) /liliYou will be responsible for managing and developing key account customers within the Tuscany region. /liliYou will have the opportunity to join an exciting and dynamic team, supporting the Sales Team and closely collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive growth in your designated area. /li /ulh3Role Purpose /h3pResponsibilities include: /pulliOwnership for creating and delivering growth focus plans, activity plans, and outcomes, mobilized through face-to-face and virtual customer activities, supported by matrix sales and support organizations. /liliAchieving sales, gross margin, gross profit, and own brand growth targets for the district portfolio. /liliCollaborating across functions within the organization. /liliUtilizing Salesforce effectively to gather data on customer opportunities and existing business. /liliDriving growth in value-added solutions and inventory management installations against targets, influenced through self and matrix sales support. /liliDeploying RS Value and RS Technical Propositions to foster long-term customer relationships and agreements. /liliManaging the commercial proposition, customer pricing, and terms within governance guidelines. /liliWorking closely with strategic suppliers on target customers. /liliEnsuring customer data integrity and confidentiality, following local legislation. /li /ulh3The Good Stuff /h3pYour empathy and creativity will help you understand issues and provide solutions.
