From the Sunset Hotels & Resorts division, we are seeking a Director of Sales & Marketing for METT Milan Torre Velasca, our new Residences and Suites project located in the iconic Torre Velasca building in the heart of Milan. Main Responsibilities Develop and manage sales and marketing strategies aligned with the METT brand and business objectives to achieve hotel budgets and maximize revenues. Manage budgets for sales activities and promotions. Handle assigned FIT & Leisure Group accounts, ensuring revenue targets are met through existing clients and prospects. Identify sales opportunities by analyzing market trends, consumer needs, competitors, and forecast business potential. Design and implement strategic business plans to build strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs. Analyze monthly performance and provide reports with strategic recommendations. Set and monitor weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals. Evaluate the performance of distribution partners and contracted rates across various channels. Develop and maintain the marketing plan to uphold the brand positioning. Implement action plans to improve production, quality, and customer service standards, and resolve issues. Achieve sales targets through advertising, promotions, and sales initiatives. Build and maintain relationships with external agencies and partners. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry (hotel or resort). Fluent in Italian and English. Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of representing the brand at international events. Strong connections with luxury agencies and fashion houses in Milan. Good understanding of the Milan market and local hospitality landscape. Excellent negotiation, leadership, planning, and budgeting skills. Proven success in driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets in luxury hospitality environments. Willingness to travel. Benefits Competitive salary.
