Ph3Talent Acquisition Recruiting Specialist Life Science @Adecco /h3 pWe are seeking, on behalf of a leading company in the development of advanced technological solutions for Radiotherapy and research Radiotherapy, a bMiddle-Level Commercial Manager /b to join their team. /p pbProfessional Category: /b Commercial Manager /p h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul liProven experience in the sales of electromedical equipment, preferably linear accelerators, with the possibility of providing references. /li liBachelor's Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a technical degree in the medical field (e.g., Biomedical Engineering). /li liExcellent command of English, both written and spoken. /li liFamiliarity with creating and managing sales budgets and drafting industrial plans. /li /ul h3Preferred Skills /h3 ul liA Master’s degree in Marketing or similar disciplines will be an advantage. /li liPrior knowledge of linear accelerators will be regarded as a strong asset. /li liUnderstanding of procurement regulations and processes. /li liProficiency in a second language will be considered a plus. /li /ul h3Location /h3 pHeadquarters in Roma with the possibility of occasional international travel. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liActively update and maintain knowledge of current and future products. /li liEstablish sales strategies in agreement with company leadership to achieve, and potentially exceed, sales targets across European and global markets. /li liAnalyze and update existing collaboration agreements with European and international agencies, ensuring alignment with company objectives. /li liSeek new business opportunities by identifying and recruiting distributors and agencies where not yet present. /li liOversee the revision and enhancement of promotional materials, including brochures and the company website. /li liBuild and manage a commercial team, including the recruitment of marketing professionals and a multilingual assistant. /li liMaintain regular contact with the scientific committee to align commercial efforts with research initiatives. /li liProvide weekly sales reports and performance analyses directly to company leadership. /li liReview and negotiate sales contracts for distributors and agencies worldwide. /li /ul h3Contract Type /h3 pFull-time employment, with a formal agreement based on the candidate’s experience and skills. /p h3Working Hours /h3 pFull availability required, with flexibility for international communication and coordination. /p h3Notes /h3 pThis role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of a pioneering company in the field of medical technology, with the potential for professional development and global exposure. /p h3Role Details /h3 ul libSeniority level: /b Mid-Senior level /li libEmployment type: /b Full-time /li libJob function: /b Business Development and General Business /li libIndustries: /b Biotechnology Research and Medical Equipment Manufacturing /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
