Kubota Italy is looking for a Commercial Back Office Specialist to strengthen its Sales Support team.
The selected candidate will be a key operational reference point for the commercial network, providing support to sales inspectors, dealers, and management in daily administrative and commercial activities.
Main Responsibilities Support to Sales Inspectors
* Manage requests related to delivery times
* Check availability of machines, engines, and accessories
* Handle order modifications
* Send documents and monitor order progress
Support to Dealers
* Manage requests regarding product availability and delivery times
* Provide support on prices and price lists
* Manage order exchanges between dealers
* Modify delivery addresses
* Send CE certificates and compliance documents
* Handle transport damage reports
Administrative Management
* Enter and manage orders
* Verify prices and discounts
* Update and monitor Excel files
* Manage machine orders for technical training
* Monthly verification of Zrebates and recognition of service fees
* Inventory management
* Update price lists
* Archive KTS documents and warranty extensions
* Verify and validate invoices via ESKER
* Update the DRIVE and Italy sales figures
Support to Management
* Data analysis and extraction
* Preparation of sales statistics
General Activities
* Manage the main phone line
* Welcome visitors and suppliers
* Support event organization
* Send communications to the dealer network
* Perform small translations

Required Profile
