Your mission
* Actively promote and sell XCMG forklift products to existing and potential dealers within the assigned area
* Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with dealers
* Identify new business opportunities, prospect new clients, and build a strong sales pipeline
* Assist in achieving sales targets and support sales development and forecasting activities
* Prepare accurate quotations and proposals, negotiate commercial teams, and close deals
* Track orders and ensure timely invoicing in coordination with internal departments
* Collaborate closely with the Forklift Product Management to align sales strategies and product positioning
* Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
* Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments, proposing effective sales
* Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events
Your profile
* Proven experience in sales, preferably within the industrial equipment or material handling sector
* Strong negotiation and communication skills
* Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships
* Results-oriented mindset with strong forecasting and planning capabilities
* Ability to work independently, willingness to travel
