GM Srl, based in Cadrezzate con Osmate, Lombardy, Italy, is a leading importer and distributor of premium meats in the HO.RE.CA. sector.
We are looking to expand our team for the B2C brand (www.wilfred.shop) with a role that involves:
1. Monitoring and coordinating logistics flows and shipments from warehouse to final customer
2. Operational support for the click & collect (premium butcher shop) service
3. Managing and optimizing customer service: resolving tickets, assisting customers via email/phone/live chat
4. Collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure excellent customer experience
5. Actively contributing to operational projects and process improvements related to order management, after-sales, and customer satisfaction
The selected candidate will actively participate in all growth activities and projects in a stimulating start-up environment, ideal for ambitious individuals eager to make a daily impact and become fully involved in the operational and managerial dynamics of a growing e-commerce business.
We seek a manager-like, problem-solving approach, capable of managing and improving processes or willing to learn, with a strong sense of responsibility to complete tasks effectively.
* Operational mindset focused on problem solving and customer satisfaction
* Experience in e-commerce, logistics, or customer service
* Organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
* At least 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, especially in operational tasks and customer service
* A passion for food/barbecue is a plus
Contract duration: 6 months fixed-term, with the possibility of renewal to indefinite
