Ph3JOB OVERVIEW /h3 pResponsible for overall marketing management, strategies, budget, and activities to drive brand positioning, recognition, and market share in Italy. Ensure consistent brand messaging and Skechers' brand DNA across all marketing efforts. Manage advertising, PR, social media, activations/events, including collaborating with third-party retailers to ensure Skechers’ position is reflective of the brand’s standards and communicates the brand’s messaging, and driving awareness and sales across our lifestyle and performance divisions. /p h3ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liEstablish marketing goals, and budgets, and monitor performance metrics. /li liDevelop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and programs (short and long-term). /li liPrepare marketing strategies in collaboration with Country Manager and Skechers Corporate. /li liManage marketing and media budgets effectively and efficiently, including relationships with agencies /li liMaintain cohesive branding standards across all local marketing initiatives (ads, POS displays, influencers, etc.). /li liManage PR strategy, including product placement, athletes’ sponsorships, celebrity/influencer marketing, and media events. /li liManage social media channels, content creation, and engagement. /li liBuild and manage the trade marketing plan with wholesale to ensure presence and positive positioning in all POS, including e-com. /li liCreate impactful in-store presentations that mirror the brand’s multiple messages, including windows, shop-in-shops, and online. /li liLead or participate in business projects to grow the brand activity in the market with existing/new customers /li liCollaborate with the sales team on strategic activities and opportunities with key accounts. /li liDeepen relationships with key accounts to ensure a strong retail presence. /li liDrive Skechers retail store awareness with franchisees and partner with Skechers retail division as needed to support the business. /li liPlan and manage marketing events to increase awareness and are impactful – both from a performance and lifestyle product offering. /li liMeasure and control marketing activities' impact and recommend strategy adjustments. /li liManage third-party vendor relationships (e.g., media agencies, influencers). /li liNegotiate and execute marketing contracts and events with partners. /li /ul h3SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY /h3 ul liDevelop and lead Marketing team /li liCoach the team to improve performance: set goals, give specific feedback, give clear directions, measure progress, and nurture to ensure they are doing their best for the brand. /li /ul h3DESIRED SKILLS EXPERIENCE /h3 ul liProven experience as a Marketing Manager, people, and project management, including at least 4 years in a similar position. /li liIdeal related industry experience. /li liNegotiation skills, both internally and externally /li liMust demonstrate a high degree of budget management and planning, analytics, and ROI /li liOutstanding interpersonal communication and collaboration skills /li liFlexibility to frequent changes and ability to react quickly. /li liSelf-starter with a high level of initiative and a strong sense of ownership and urgency. /li liMust have the ability to work on a project-by-project basis that is driven by deadlines. /li liMust display a high degree of professionalism, tact, and diplomacy. /li liMust possess strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple projects and priorities with urgency. /li liExcellent oral and written communication skills, including in English. /li liMust be able to work independently and as a team /li liExperience working with global brand and functional understanding working in a branded environment. /li liMust possess excellent computer skills including MS-Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), Adobe Photoshop. /li liMust have knowledge of Google analytics and social media metrics. /li /ul h3About Skechers /h3 pSkechers, a global Fortune 500® company, develops and markets a diverse range of lifestyle and performance footwear, apparel, and accessories.
