Junior copywriter

Job overview: Main duties and responsibilities: - You will be responsible for adapting texts from English and/or creating effective texts for Reschio’s advertising campaigns, websites, and e-commerce; - You will be in charge of microcopy for advertising campaigns (ADV), texts for websites, editorial plans and e-commerce; - You will adapt your style to maintain the company’s voice and tone across all communications; - You will receive and implement feedback from senior copywriters and other team members to improve writing skills and output; - You will maintain clippings from publications and, on occasions, pass these to HR Manager for the staff board; - You will keep a professional and ethical exchange. Main skills and competencies required: - At least 2 years previous experience in similar role in a dynamic and organized environment; - Strong values of integrity and ethical conduct; - Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills; - Excellent interpersonal skills and active listening; - Strong understanding of grammar, style, and tone; - Basic knowledge of SEO principles and digital marketing; - Be a team player and have a pro-active approach; - Be able to perform in a dynamic work environment; - Fluent in English and Italian (C2 level).
