Job Title: Marketing Manager Ax (Aesthetic Portfolio)Job Description
Mission:
To develop and manage the Aesthetic product portfolio by designing and implementing operational marketing plans to meet business objectives, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, codes, and SOPs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute annual plans aligned with global and local strategies
* Analyze portfolio performance and market insights to inform strategy
* Manage marketing budgets for all brands
* Create and localize promotional materials for campaigns, collaborating with agencies and internal teams
* Plan materials and monitor sampling strategies for the Sales Team
* Collaborate with Customer Education & Training teams for events and congresses
* Work with Sales and Demand departments on sales forecasts
* Coordinate cross-functionally for Integrated Dermatology Strategies (IDS)
* Serve as the primary marketing contact with Global Shareholders
* Support Sales and Medical teams as a key reference point
* Lead and support the professional development of a Brand Manager
Skills & Qualifications:
* University Degree in Marketing or Economics
* Approximately 8 years of marketing experience, with a focus on Aesthetic Medicine
* Experience in marketing roles involving qualitative and analytical tasks
* Knowledge of Medical Visit strategies and Congresses
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with cross-functional collaboration experience
* Fluent in Business English; Italian language skills are preferred
* Proficiency in Office tools and Veeva Vault
* Experience in international matrix organizations
