You'll shape how Roboze connects its technology ecosystem, from high-performance polymers to advanced slicing intelligence, to create value for customers and partners worldwide.
Why This Role Matters
Materials and software are the twin engines driving Roboze's innovation flywheel.
What You'll Do
Lead global marketing strategy for Roboze's Materials and Software divisions.
Forge commercial and marketing partnerships with chemical companies to expand our high-performance polymer ecosystem.
Define and execute go-to-market strategies, driving adoption, awareness and differentiation in industrial 3D printing.
Collaborate with R&D; and Product teams to translate material and software innovations into customer impact and optimize market competitiveness.
Develop positioning and messaging that make complex technologies simple, compelling, and commercially powerful.
Own product launches, campaigns, and storytelling that connect Roboze's ecosystem (materials, hardware, and software) into a unified market vision.
Work closely with sales, engineering, and corporate leadership to align marketing execution with business growth goals.
Represent Roboze at industry events, conferences, and partner discussions with the credibility of a technical marketer and the drive of a builder.
Who You Are
You've worked at or with companies in additive manufacturing, advanced materials, or industrial software, and understand how to connect tech to business value.
You've built or marketed ecosystems, materials partnerships, software platforms, or integrated workflows.
You can move seamlessly between technical depth and strategic altitude.
You're entrepreneurial, self-driven, and allergic to bureaucracy.
You're fluent in both product and market language, and know how to make innovation resonate commercially.
You're a builder: you don't wait for playbooks, you write them.
What We're Looking For
5–8 years of experience in product marketing, strategic partnerships, or ecosystem development within industrial tech, AM, or materials industries.
Solid understanding of polymer materials, composite formulations, or software-driven manufacturing workflows.
Proven ability to develop and manage partnerships with chemical or materials companies.
Strong background in software GTM, product storytelling, and digital commercialization.
Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, product, and business development teams.
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills — from pitch decks to partner deals.
Willingness to travel and meet customers, partners, and teams around the world.
