Main Responsibilities Provide support and advice on technical and commercial matters to customers New business development and existing customer portfolio management Achieve sales targets in terms of revenue and profitability B2B technical and commercial consulting Monitor sales performance and propose corrective actions Timely reporting and continuous updates to management Collaborate with R&D and product centers outside Italy to develop and deliver customized solutions to Italian customers Independently organize and implement customer-specific new projects across all project phases Process inquiries, quotations, and orders Required Skills Technical degree or qualification (mechanical / electronic) Professional experience in technical sales, key account management, customer consulting, or sales project management Experience in sectors such as digital printing, medical, environmental analysis, and food & beverage is a plus Excellent knowledge of English (spoken and written) Proficiency in MS Office Knowledge of systems such as Salesforce and SAP is a plus Soft Skills Responsible, service-oriented, and team-oriented approach Strong communication and negotiation skills Analytical thinking and results-orientation Ability to establish and maintain long-term customer relationships based on competence and trust Ability to work autonomously for the sales region and collaborate with internal partners to deliver customer value Willingness to travel in Italy and abroad What we offer Dynamic company with values-oriented culture and flat hierarchies; interesting responsibilities and project work; opportunity to actively shape the future Employee contract with fixed salary bonus Full-time company car Laptop and cell phone Contact Andrea Amati General Manager J-18808-Ljbffr
