We are now looking for a Junior E-commerce Manager to take ownership of our digital sales channels and help us scale them aggressively in the coming years.

The Role
\n
You will be responsible for managing and growing:
\n
- Our direct-to-consumer e-commerce (Shopify)
- E-commerce stores for partner clubs
- Marketplaces such as Amazon and Decathlon
Your goal is simple:\n
Help us more than double revenue in these channels year after year
\n
You will have clear targets and be directly responsible for the performance of these channels.
\n
This is a hands-on role with real responsibility from day one.
\n
What You Will Do
\n
- Manage and update our Shopify store (products, collections, content)
- Set up and manage club online stores (B2B2C)
- Handle and optimize marketplaces (Amazon, Decathlon, etc.)
- Monitor performance and identify growth opportunities
- Work closely with marketing, customer service, and operations
- Execute promotions, launches, and campaigns with precision
What Success Looks Like\n
- Growing revenue across all e-commerce channels
- Improving conversion rate and average order value
- Successfully launching and scaling multiple club stores
- Increasing efficiency and structure in our e-commerce operations
Who You Are\n
- Ambitious and eager to learn
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working with digital tools and platforms
- Problem-solver with a strong execution mindset
- Able to take ownership and move things forward independently
Nice to have:\n
- Basic experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms
- Interest in sports, preferably volleyball
- Experience with marketplaces (Amazon, etc.)
