Technical Sales Manager – Renewable Energy - Central & Southern Italy

Your Mission:
As a key player in the commercial team, you'll take ownership of developing the regional market, combining your technical expertise with commercial drive to build lasting partnerships and grow revenue.
You will:
* Build and manage your own pipeline of customers and partners through proactive outreach
* Present and demonstrate innovative solar and storage solutions to installers, distributors, and partners
* Deliver technical training and product presentations
* Provide pre- and post-sales support, including PV system sizing and solution design
* Act as a trusted advisor, solving technical challenges and strengthening customer relationships
* Collaborate with Sales Management and provide regular performance updates
What You Bring:
* A background in Electrical / Electronic Engineering (or similar)
* Previous experience in a technical sales position
* Proven ability to develop new business and manage clients independently
* Confidence in delivering technical presentations and training
* Willingness to travel across the Central and Southern regions for customer visits
