 
        
        Overview 
As a Sales Engineer, your mission is to drive sales growth for our business by leveraging your technical expertise and understanding of customer needs. You will report to the Sales Manager and work closely with the engineering and product teams to ensure the successful implementation of sales strategies. 
Responsibilities 
- Engage in face-to-face and remote sales to new customers, as well as cross/up/repeat sales to existing customers. 
- Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products, services, and/or solutions. 
- Deliver sales pressentations and conduct product demonstrations. 
- Develop medium to long-term sales plans and prepare strategies to protect, grow, and diversify relationships with your targeted customers. 
- Ensure successful implementation of sales strategies by leveraging your technical expertise and understanding of customer needs. 
To succeed, you will need 
- Degree in engineering / science or technical background 
- Very good level of Italian and English 
- Minimum 2-3 years field sales experience required 
- Knowledge in vacuum technology preferred 
- Basic IT knowledge (MS Office, SAP preferred) 
- Availability to travel 
- To be able to work autonomously and in a structured way 
- Team work spirit 
- Strong comunication skills 
- Resident in Northest Italy

Job location 
This role is fully remote, enabling you to work from anywhere within the region of Vicenza, Padova, Treviso, Venezia, Ferrara, while being associated with our customer center in Italy (IT).
