A Japanese company is currently recruiting an Account Manager for their Northern Milan office.
You will be responsible for focusing on two key pillars: driving sales through Leisure and Trade partners, while supporting corporate sales initiatives and multinational client relationships within the EMEA framework.
Business level Italian and English will be required for this role.

Account Manager Main Responsibilities: Pillar 1: Sales Representative – Italy & Another region (Germany, Austria, Poland)
- Identify and prospect potential partners (within Italy and across Germany, Austria, and Poland)
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with leisure-focused partners to increase market share
- Negotiate and finalise service agreements, commission structures, and performance metrics
- Manage group bookings, allocations, and pricing structures. Serve as the dedicated point of contact for Italian trade partners to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with pricing and marketing teams to develop tailored offerings and special packages for the leisure segment
Pillar 2: Corporate Sales
- Identify potential corporate partners in Italy that would agevolazioni from global network
- Manage a portfolio of corporate accounts, ensuring policies align with services and acting as the main point of contact for corporate managers
- Negotiate corporate pricing structures and service agreements for long-term loyalty
