Position Join our team as Product Manager from our headquarters' offices in Brugine (Padua), and remotely from home. We consider a great mix of working remotely from home and meeting colleagues in the offices.
We are currently looking for a dynamic and motivated Product Manager to join our team focused on the Humidification Platform. The Product Manager will provide for collecting and managing market requirements, analyzing competitor products, and contributing to define the roadmap for new products. In collaboration with the Product Management team, the Product Manager will be accountable for the entire lifecycle of a product line and will leverage continuous innovation to improve the quality, cost and delivery performance of the product.

Qualifications
3-5 years in a similar position, preferably in the B2B electronics industry.
Strong cross‑functional teamwork attitude.
Curious and passionate with electromechanical disciplines.
Conscious about how HVAC/R units will impact the environment.
Highly motivated and able to show initiative and accountability within a dynamic work environment.
Ability to find innovative approaches to problem solving and to show initiative in overcoming challenges.
Solid communication skills in English, including the ability to create and deliver clear, concise presentations to audiences with technically diverse skillsets and backgrounds.
The role is global, requires the ability to travel internationally and to work with distributed teams.
