The EU Marketing and Prime organization is looking for an Influencer Development Manager for Influencers in Italy. The Influencer Development Manager is the single threaded influencer development leader within the Amazon Influencer Program, based in Milan, Italy.
Responsibilities
* Be customer obsessed—focus on the influencer community, helping them build their businesses and supporting them to use Amazon Influencer tools to implement effective integrations (links, personalised influencer pages, shoppable images, etc.).
* Stay up to date with influencer trends and understand how our products fit into content creators’ strategies. Explore revenue-driving opportunities with leading influencers in this segment.
* Develop, execute, and refine an end-to-end influencer management strategy. Advocate for creator engagement in Italy and collaborate with Amazon Influencer Marketing teams as well as PR, Creative, and Marketing departments to foster brand advocacy.
* Use deep knowledge of social media and influencer marketing to develop innovative integrations that unlock new opportunities for Amazon.
* Own onboarding, training, and optimization of a portfolio of top commercial content creators and drive the adoption of best practices. Define performance KPIs and identify gaps in our product and marketing offerings. Use data to drive cost-effective investment strategies for influencers and to negotiate high-profile partnerships with top influencers.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support influencer initiatives and ensure alignment with company goals.

Qualifications
* Fluency in Italian and English.
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
* Experience in a professional field or military.
* Experience in exceeding quota and key performance metrics.
* Experience with business development, marketing, partnership management, social media, or sourcing new business.
* Experience in Excel and PowerPoint.
* Experience working in social media directly with creators.
