As part of the ongoing expansion in Italy and abroad, our well-established Digital Finance Business Unit—a reference point for innovative solutions in the financial and banking sectors—is seeking a Sales Manager with a strategic vision and strong results orientation. The role aims to support the commercial growth and development of our customer portfolio.
Main Responsibilities:
Identify and create new business opportunities by acquiring new clients;
Build and maintain a pipeline of commercial contacts;
Define commercial proposals and manage the full sales cycle for products and services;
Expand business with existing customers;
Monitor market trends, new technologies, innovative projects, and strategic partnerships to evaluate their impact on industries and business models, and identify new potential opportunities;
Manage post-sales activities and ensure customer satisfaction;
Achieve commercial targets and proactively implement corrective actions when needed.
Required Technical Skills:
Previous experience in consulting services;
Proven track record in business development, training, and sales;
Excellent knowledge of the English language;
Good command of Microsoft Office tools;
Availability for travel and business trips.
A well-established customer portfolio and the ability to build new strategic commercial relationships are considered strong assets.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in STEM or Economics disciplines.
