To strengthen our Consumer, Retail Fashion sector in Italy, we are looking for a highly experienced Senior Business Development Manager to drive new business growth and support strategic development initiatives at national level. /p h3Role Purpose /h3 pThe role will take full responsibility for business development activities within the Consumer/Retail/Fashion segment. This includes: /p h3Key Focus Areas /h3 ul liBuild and manage a qualified business pipeline; /li liIdentify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities; /li liPrepare commercial offers, manage customer presentations and negotiations. /li liManage all stages of the sales cycle: customer meetings, internal alignment, proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and handover to implementation teams. /li liSupport business units with existing customers and contract renewals when needed. /li liSupport the BD Italy Director and the Strategy Marketing Director in defining and rolling out the sector strategy for Consumer/Retail/Fashion at national level in coordination with European Region. /li liConduct competitor and market intelligence for B2B, B2C, and eCommerce models. /li liMonitor KPIs and ensure target achievement. /li liLead and develop a team of 3 direct reports. /li /ul h3Required Experience Skills /h3 ul liUniversity Degree in Economics or Engineering /li liSignificant experience in Business Development and Sales /li liStrong expertise within Consumer / Retail / Fashion sectors /li liKnowledge of warehouse operations, transport, and logistics solutions /li liEnglish: advanced / upper intermediate /li liStrong commitment to understanding and anticipating customer needs, building trustful relationships, and delivering solutions that drive customer success. /li liApproaches complex challenges with analytical rigor, creativity, and ownership, identifying effective solutions and transforming issues into opportunities. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
