About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Account Manager for the Italy region. Training will be provided.
Responsibilities
1. Work with MCC distribution partner and customers to achieve design-wins and increase account penetration.
2. Promote MCC as a strategic partner with assigned customers.
3. Research and develop new customers and new business segments.
4. Develop account strategy and execute business plan.
5. Handle customers' issues effectively.
6. Meet sales budget (booking/Billing).
7. Collect and summarize market intelligence information and provide feedback to the respective product team.
8. Work in a team regionally or globally to achieve assigned tasks and objectives.
9. Hold business reviews with customers and distribution channels.
Education Background / Major
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience (Ideal)
2-4 years of experience in sales or account management with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
Knowledge (Ideal)
Knowledge of the semiconductor industry and experience working with semiconductor products.
Abilities / Qualities
Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles, including negotiating contracts and closing deals.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners, and identify new business opportunities.
Availability for customer visits and occasional travel within the Europe region.
Skills / Certifications
* Fluent in English and Italian with excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
