Sales Role Description
Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to establish and optimize our channel system in Italy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the management of agents, secondary KA, and OEM customers.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and implementing market strategies to utilize available funds effectively;
* Optimizing the distributor system based on existing channel structures to ensure inventory supply and maintain market order;
* Formulating sales strategies aligned with company requirements, setting quarterly and annual goals, and improving marketing organization systems;
* Managing regional sell-in and sell-out operations to achieve accurate sales forecasts.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, applicants should possess:
* A bachelor's degree in marketing, sales management, or related fields; experience in personal care small appliances, kitchen appliances, pet products is preferred;
* Over five years of relevant local work experience, with a deep understanding of Italian markets and successful integrated marketing campaigns;
* Strong interpersonal skills, team leadership experience, and project development capabilities;
* Able to withstand pressure and make informed decisions under tight deadlines.
