For the 2026 season (May–October), we are looking for a Bartender (m/f) to join our team.
The position
* Provide warm, personalized service and expert guidance to guests at the bar
* Ensure impeccable service in line with property standards and SLH guidelines
* Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including classic and contemporary cocktails and coffee specialties
* Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the bar area and equipment
* Handle guest requests and complaints in a professional manner
* Collaborate closely with the service team to ensure a smooth and high-quality guest experience
* Support and assist in onboarding new team members

What we are looking for
* Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in 4* or 5* hotels or high-end restaurants
* Good knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits
* Creativity, attention to detail, and strong guest focus
* Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
* Flexibility, organization, and ability to work under pressure
* Good command of English (additional languages are a plus)
