Commercial Operations Analyst (f / m / d)Location: Near a local hub in EMEA; home-office basedResponsibilities include managing compensation and incentive processes, supporting HR and Finance with Sales Incentive schemes, modelling outcomes, and communicating schemes and commission statements to individuals.Provide forecasting support at the EMEA level, including consolidation, development, and communication of key forecast drivers and management information to EMEA leaders.Review and improve processes related to Forecasting, Price Realization, and Incentives / Sales Commissions.Develop capabilities in price realization analysis, standard work, visual management, and PSPs triggers for the Commercial Operations team, regional teams, and EMEA marketing.Align contract management at the EMEA level, including SLAs, and support internal process reviews for timely and reliable margin calculation information.Define and maintain the Leica Biosystems (LBS) EMEA LOA document in compliance with corporate guidelines.Guide the team in developing and enhancing dashboards and reports using SFDC, SAP, Analysis for Office, and PowerBI, leveraging advanced data mining tools to improve sales and marketing insights.The ideal candidate should be commercially focused with the ability to understand stakeholder needs across diverse countries and cultures in EMEA.Qualifications include a university degree, preferably a Masters, with good business understanding and proficiency in English (written and oral).Must demonstrate integrity, adaptability, stakeholder management skills, and a continuous improvement mentality.
