We are not just waste managers; we are creators of value from what communities discard, turning waste into energy, heat, hydrogen, fertilizer, and beyond. /ph3Job Description /h3ulliDevelop, communicate and implement comprehensive category strategies aligned with overall business objectives and needs, and integrate all relevant inputs from the execution team (projects). /liliIdentify business synergy opportunities to enrich the category strategies. /liliConduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the assigned category, and establish the should-cost. /liliEstablish sourcing objectives and priorities in terms of regions, lots, suppliers. /liliBuild and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to support the business objectives (claims, negotiations). /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulli5+ years’ experience as a category manager ideally within EPC, Energy-from-waste. /liliMaster’s degree in supply chain or engineering with experience in sourcing, category management or procurement. /liliGood technical and product understanding. /liliAdvanced and proven skills in strategy development, contract negotiation, and project management. /liliEnglish fluency (B2/C1); other languages are a plus. /li /ulh3Additional Information /h3ulliPermanent contract. /liliAnnual bonus. /liliFlexible working time. /liliHome office possible 2 days a week. /liliReferral program. /liliTravel allowance. /liliSupport for professional and career growth, education and training. /li /ulh3Compensation /h3pBasic wage component (gross): 59,000 EUR/year.
