\nWe are seeking a highly motivated Sales Engineer for After Sales Service in the biogas sector, with a strong technical background and a solid network within the industry. The successful candidate will focus on public customers and act as a key link between clients and our service organization.\nYour tasks\n

- Achieve sales targets in After Sales Service (revenue, margin, and market penetration)
\n
- Increase the number of customers and expand market share
\n
- Strengthen customer loyalty and long-term relationships
\n
- Enhance the company’s image in all external interactions
\n
- Ensure efficient, timely, and cost-effective execution of all tasks

\nSales & Customer Management\n
\n
- Advise customers on service products for biogas plants (applications, benefits, optimization potential)
\n
- Maintain and develop strong relationships through regular customer visits
\n
- Manage and coordinate a network of existing customers
\n
- Identify and acquire new customers, with a focus on public sector clients
\n
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and coordinate internally
\n
\nBusiness Development\n
\n
- Develop and implement new sales strategies
\n
- Contribute to market-appropriate pricing in collaboration with internal departments
\n
- Identify market trends and opportunities within the biogas sector
\n
- Drive market penetration and expansion activities
\n
\nOperational Coordination\n
\n
- Initiate and coordinate service orders in close collaboration with the Service Office
\n
- Ensure customer requests and feedback are processed efficiently
\n
- Support internal teams with customer insights and requirements
\n
\nReporting & Analysis\n
\n
- Maintain sales statistics and performance tracking
\n
- Provide regular reporting on activities, opportunities, and market developments
\n
\nYour profile\nQualifications & Experience\n
\n
- Technical background (e.g., mechanical, electrical, or environmental engineering)
\n
- Solid experience in the biogas or renewable energy sector
\n
- Strong network within the biogas industry (especially in Italy)
\n
- Proven experience in technical sales or after-sales service
\n
- Strong customer orientation and communication skills
\n
- Ability to work independently and manage a distributed customer base
\n
- High level of flexibility and willingness to travel
\n
\nLanguages\n
\n
- Italian (fluent, negotiable/professional level)
\n
- English (fluent)
\n
- German is a plus
\n

- Primary work location: Italy

- Office: Home office (optionally Rovereto)

- Travel requirement: approximately 50%
