Job description
We are looking for a Sales Manager responsible for driving revenue growth through proactive sales activities, developing strategic partnerships, and managing key accounts in the hospitality sector with a focus on the UK, DACH, and the USA markets. The role focuses on implementing effective sales strategies aligned with the Company's business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Increase production from already consolidated clients.
- Identify new business opportunities in leisure (individual and groups segment).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, travel agencies and operators.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with agreed terms.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Analyse regular reports on sales performance and market insights.
- Work closely with Revenue Management to optimize pricing and inventory.
- Coordinate with Marketing for promotional campaigns and brand positioning.
- Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry fairs to promote the property.
- Represent the hotel in B2B meetings and presentations.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years in hotel sales or hospitality industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
- Languages: Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Results-driven, proactive, excellent relationship builder.
