As a Store Manager, you attract, develop, and motivate a passionate team. You regularly share the HOKA Brand values, vision, and mission with your team members and actively create a culture of trust and accountability. You may lead multiple high-volume and complex locations and support the District Manager with additional responsibilities as needed.Your ImpactCoach and develop your team to drive business results and professional growthPartner with the Area/District Manager to identify and develop talent for leadership positionsEnsure the highest level of customer service possible and prioritize brand and product knowledge trainingMeet and exceed budgeted sales and KPIs and monitor expensesConduct self-audits with attention to key controls involving receiving and cash handling within your districtDevelop store strategies that enhance customer satisfaction, increase traffic, and optimize profitabilityProactively and continuously cultivate community through events, local outreach, and engagement with your market beyond the store's four wallsManage inventory and implement store administration and operations including compliance with policies and proceduresActively maintain a network for recruiting candidates to your store team, as well as support the District Manager in identifying and interviewing potential management candidates within the districtHire the best team members by identifying talent quickly and regularly maintaining a network for recruiting candidatesOnboard and train team members to ensure engaged and high-performing teamsEnsure the highest level of visual merchandising and standards and take responsibility for execution of visual directives and guidelinesDrive key initiatives and support programs that enhance the customer journeyWho You AreExcellent leadership skills and experience managing people in a customer-facing environmentYou can demonstrate a track record of exceeding sales targets and cost management for a store of comparable volume and sizeExcellent organizational skills and ability to coordinate people, resources, and services to address business goals and needsWe Would Love To Hear From People WithSolid Retail Store Management experienceFluency in English & ItalianExcellent communication skills and ability to convey the HOKA and Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team and customersAbility to be agile to meet the needs of the business, within and beyond the four walls of the storeExperience coordinating and hosting in-store eventsFantastic problem-solving skills and ability to work through challengesWhat We Will Give YouAs part of our HOKA Family, you belong to more than a performance lifestyle company.
