We are looking for a Key account manager to join our team! If you have a passion for beauty, strong communication skills, and a proactive mindset, we’d love to meet you! What You’ll Do Manage and grow an existing portfolio of B2B clients (retailers, perfumeries, pharmacies, concept stores, and chains). Identify and develop new business opportunities across Italy. Promote new products, sales campaigns, and launch activities. Negotiate commercial terms in line with company strategy. Work closely with the marketing and customer care teams to ensure the best client experience. Visit clients regularly and attend industry fairs and events. Support the planning and organization of events and trade shows in Italy and abroad (logistics, operational support, materials management). Handle general administrative tasks related to sales. Provide daily support to the Head of Sales. Monitor sales performance and market trends in your assigned area. Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales, ideally in cosmetics, beauty, or related sectors. Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken). Strong interpersonal, listening, and negotiation skills. Proactive attitude, flexibility, and goal-oriented mindset. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in operational and administrative tasks. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Willingness to travel across Italy. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint). Valid driving license (Category B).
